Thank you for choosing to study at St. George's School in Worthing.

Since 2000 we have welcomed thousands of students from all over the world, students who just like you wanted to improve their English to achieve their goals, further their career, get a different perspective in life, whist getting to practice their English with many new friends found at St. George's and enjoying their experience of English culture and the language all around them.

Worthing with its population of 110,000 people is a traditional English town located in the south of England - the sunniest and the warment part of England. Studyinig in Worthing is like being on holiday, the relaxed atmosphere makes it a perfect place to enjoy and take in all the entertainment, dining, shopping and enjoy the local life and events. Worthing has 9 km of award winning beaches, the only unspoilt beaches in England, which makes it a very popular holiday destination for holidaymakers all year around.

Worthing is close to Brighton, London and many other popular destinations so you can make a great use of the varied social programme and excursions to so many fascinating places. There is an interesting cultural scene and a beautiful countryside around Worthing. If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, Brighton is only 17 minutes and London is just an hour and 20 minutes away with its sightseeing, multi-culture, theatres and the nightlife.

These excursions are available every weekend for students of 16+ and offer a great choice to suit every need and interest you might have; covering from historical, cultural, fun to theatrical experiences. ACTIVITIES

It would not be a cultural experience without getting cultural in Worthing area as well as outside Worthing. To give you as many opportunities to explore the language as well as the culture we run regular activities all year around. Whilst adult students can enjoy our weekly social outings and excursions every weekend, our junior/summer students have a jam-packed summer programme to look forward to.
