My payments...

GUIDELINES:-

1. Payments are made every Friday.

2. Payments are made into your bank account. The reference is usually 'HF payment'.

3. We will issue a cheque if do not wish to use your bank account. The delivery of your cheque depends on the postal service and is out of our control.

4. You will receive an email showing the reconcilliation for your records.

5. Payments are currently £16.00 per night per student / £17.50 per student during the summer. Leaders, drivers and some students are paid at higher rates.

Important!

1. If you wish to change the bank account details and receive a payment in a different account you need to let us know at least 48 hours before the payment date (Friday).

2. Please note that we make the payment as an instant payment, however some transfers may take up to 3 working days to clear due to your bank's regulations. This is out of our control.
